Councilman Wayne Wagner moved to Waterville with his wife Lori in 2005.  Wayne and Lori have 3 daughters Kaitlyn, Aundrea and Emily. The Wagner family resides on Harvest Ln. Wayne is a member of the Waterville Historical Society.
