All meetings are open to the public. While this schedule is published for your convenience, meetings dates and times listed may be subject to change. Circumstances such as lack of a quorum, no agenda items, committee members availability or holidays may result meeting schedule or time changes. Please consult the calendar on this website or contract the municipal office to verify a specific meeting schedule.
The Friday before each Council meeting, the agenda is uploaded to our website. A PDF copy of the agenda is available for download from the website. The Council agenda is also posted in the Waterville Post Office, Waterville Municipal Building, and the Toledo/Lucas County Waterville Public Library. A few days after each meeting, approved meeting minutes will be available to download from the website.
Council meetings take place every second and fourth Monday of each month, except in July and August, which take place on the fourth Monday of each month. In May and December, Council meets on the second Monday of the month. All meetings are scheduled at 7:30 p.m. and open to the public. Meetings are subject to change due to holidays or other unforeseen events. Please consult the calendar on the City’s website site to confirm specific meeting dates and times. Meetings are conducted in the Council Chamber of the Municipal Building located at 25 North Second Street.
