Municipal Building
The Waterville Municipal Building is located at 25 North Second Street, and houses the administrative offices including administration, finance and zoning; and the police department.
Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The Municipal Building is the center for all of the administrative activities of the City; residents may pay water and sewer bills, taxes, and parking citations and may also obtain zoning permits.
City Council and committee meetings are held in the Municipal Building as well, meeting dates are posted on the calendar.
